Outside of being a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Alice is a spa connoisseur.  She has worked in a variety of spa settings, including very high end spas; as well as been a patron at many different spas.  She will act as a “secret shopper” and will give constructive feedback on how to improve your guest experience including but not limited to: environment and atmosphere, quality of service, cleanliness, ease of booking, and adding small thoughtful touches.  She will give you a detailed evaluation afterwards and feedback for improvement.

Prices vary.  We will work together to create a customized plan for your company.
